Albert Arron Pramono

Albert is the pioneering force behind Accossa, an award-winning design firm celebrated for its transformative projects across Indonesia, Japan, and Southeast Asia. Under his leadership, Accossa revolutionized modular construction for residential and commercial spaces, earning global acclaim—including the 30 Best Design Award by Monocle, London’s prestigious design magazine.

Eric Hendrickus

Eric is the financial backbone of KITA, with a career spanning venture capital and startup leadership. A seasoned investor in Southeast Asia’s tech ecosystem, he specializes in scaling businesses that balance purpose and profit. As Head of Strategy at a high-growth startup, Eric honed his knack for crafting scalable frameworks and securing investor confidence.
